They really need to post clear instructions about how their computer reservations function.nnI was asking the library attendants for info and it’s just hard to hear with the masks.nnThe security guard was pretty rude. I tried to ask what she was telling me and she told me I was putting words in her mouth. That’s a very confrontational way to respond to someone who is asking about a library card number (literally I asked “did you say I will need to enter this code to print?”) I don’t know if she is having a bad day but that makes me never want to go into that library again. Just very tense environment.
Small library ofc but so helpful with everything! Even thoroughout this pandemic the are extremly helpful with everything definitely reccomend if you would like a new library to go too.
Great location just wishing their hours were longer due to children back in school. I was at this location on Wednesday and took my daughter after her remote learning at 430 pm and it closed at 5 pm.
There are arrows are n the floor for directions. Reservation are extinct. One hour usage time is the new normal. Printing is temporarily free.
Quiet, clean, plenty of tables for working. Kids area with great natural light. Friendly staff. It's a small branch, but they have a good variety. You can have any CPL books sent here to pick up, which is an excellent service!
