Friendly staff & place is pretty updated, no cash is needed.
Service is nice the ladies are very helpful and courteous, My spanish is choppy but, they take the time to hear me out and to help me when I need them. The facility is clean and so is the bathroom. It is very convenient to be able to use credit cards or cash. If I get there early enough they even have coffee made that's sweet. I do wish that the tv set up were equally nice, there are 6 televisions two on each of the three walls, and five are set in spanish and they are audible. The one in english is cartoons, some times the news is on but it has no volume.. When your washing and drying for an hour or two it would be nice to be able to hear the news or a TV show in english. Can't they use the captions on all the tvs then?
I have been coming to this location for MANY years and are very happy with the machines, employee and cleanliness. The Staff has always been very polite and helpful when issues have arised. Only complaint (which I understand have to happen in order to maintain things running) or the prices of the washers. Prices have went up significantly since I first started washing there, which I repeat, I understand.
Place wasn’t packed machines where clean plenty of dryers and van service driver was extremely helpful.
