Not only were my trousers not dry cleaned, but it was put into the washing machine and ironed. They shrunk my clothes and the ironed burned the silk thread woven on my trousers. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I came home, but I doubt they'd do anything to compensate me considering how untimely their service was. Will never be coming back here.
