In the past two years this place increased a coin every year to use their washers, and machines sometimes when you accidentally put an extra coin in it will not give it back it will just eat it. One year ago it would actually not accept extra coins if put in accidentally and now they do take it and don’t refund it... crazy isn’t??? Thiefs and also most of the time the washers that i use have excessive hairs from the salon across the street probably....

This chain location is always well maintained in reference to cleanliness. Sometimes random machines aren't fully operational but customers need to inform staff. A positive is that coins are still in use and there are change machines. Free coffee is offered in the mornings. Adequate off street parking offered

Today I Went to wash around 8:20 PM while I was at the laundry a guy came and asked if he had time to wash his clothes in the old lady that is in charge of the laundry responded in a really bad ton. The lady told the man that he had to come back tomorrow morning that there was no more time to wash the clothes that they were going to close at 10:30. And it’s not the only time I see this problem in this laundry I seen it multiple times with the same lady.
