Thank you for the excellent service provided by this massage shop. All therapists have been very skilled and knowledgeable. They have been very helpful in pinpointing problem areas and helped provide release. They have also suggested effective exercises to help with maintenance. They have also all been very friendly and professional, leading to a very satisfying, enjoyable massage experience.

I've been going to L&A for a little over a year and have come to appreciate not only the professionalism and kindness of Alex and Leo (the owners) and staff but also the quality of each product AND the services.nnEVERY item I've taken home seems to become my favorites (especially during quarantine) —and friends and family (and clients) have gone out of their way to thank me for their products. Because of this trust, I've made it a point to *always* purchase a candle when I stop in and light it right away when I get home. I was joking with Alex that I think he's a Wizard!nnRE: Service. So many words! This was my first place for acupuncture (Victoria!!) and I've since sworn by it as part of my wellness routine. I run a small biz to things can be HECTIC. I've also tried and loved the massage therapists (Sarah!!) and the facial — and just being there really relaxes you into a space of calm and care. BONUS — Try Alex's in house only tea. It's too good.nnRE: Yoga + meditation. Similar to the services by the practitioners, L&A has clearly hand-picked their instructors — and trust me this is not big box yoga [not that there is anything wrong with it]. Ayurveda yoga. Sound therapy. How yoga should be, or so I hear!nnAs a Chicagoan who appreciates relaxation, I am so thankful for L&A!!

I have been going to L&A for a little more than a year now. The experience is always amazing. The owners, Leo and Alex are always welcoming and professional. Their dogs Xander and Burt are also very welcoming and adorable. Most importantly the services are excellent. I receive acupuncture from Towayn and massages from Leo. They always begin on time and address all of my needs and I leave feeling like a new person. If you have not visited L&A you are missing out.

Support your local small business! Alex and Leo have an amazing space that is a must see. I saw Leo for a massage and I must say it was the best massage I’ve had in Chicago. His technique is healing and purposeful. If you’re struggling with muscle pain and are tired of getting subpar massages, please check L+A out. Leo is hands down the best!
