Such a great company! Their jewellery is so beautiful and unique. They are by far my favourite pieces to wear day-to-day. Their customer service is also amazing, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences buying from them.

I visited Claudia’s jewelry to have a ring enlarged. This establishment assured me that they would add a piece of gold that was equally thick to achieve the desired size. Upon reruns for pick up I discovered my ring in horrific condition. There was damage to the area that holds the diamonds and the modification was extremely low quality the ring was incredibly thinner as a result of stretching. The jeweler then cane to speak with me justifying the outcome and insinuating that there may have been prior damage. The ring was photographed and thoroughly inspected. I suspect they may have even swapped my diamonds out for lab diamonds. I don’t suggest anyone visit this place. It’s disgraceful and so disappointing. After inspection from a trusted jeweler I will follow-up accordingly. Stay away, this is not a reputable place.

I look my engagement ring in to Claudias and asked them to swap out the gemstone with a 100 year old diamond that had once belonged to my great grandmother. They had it ready the very next day and it looks better than I ever imagined! Now I can enjoy this beautiful ring for years to come and pass it along to my daughter one day. So happy!

These guys are the absolute best. Taken my watches to them for everything from battery change or bracelet adjustment to full on stem and crown replacement. They are always very speedy and their prices are super reasonable. Could not recommend them more. Thank you!

They are amazing here! We've been here multiple times now and the jewelry in the store as well as the custom pieces they create are unmatched. They are truly the best of the best and their customer service is above and beyond. Can not say enough good things.
