First of all I didn't even know someone made real grills in Chicago and then what made it 10x better it was in the heart of downtown and very easy to find. The owner was super nice and very professional. Me being irresponsible I dropped my grill on the street and it got crushed I called the owner and one week later my grill was fixxed and cleaned I appreciate everything! Definitely coming back for more this summer

Ordered 4 caps over a month ago for cosplay. Paid 239.50 in full. First he claimed my molds were lost. Then he said they found them. I called on the 3rd of January and he claims that I signed for the delivery a week ago.This never happened, never got my product, very disappointed. Failed to show proof of signature and tracking number. Will be contacting my attorney in the morning if not refunded in full. Also will be filing for mail fraud. Never had such a bad experience ordering online until now. Very upset. Fraudulent company. Please don't make the same mistake that I did.
