Like to say thank you to Divatress for prompt service, quality products and great customer service.nnMy 1st order was towards the beginning of COVID. I was skeptical because I got burned by a bogus website that shipped total garbage, totally misleading web photos, etc., but I still wanted choices in hairstyles and I found the Divatress website.nnMy items always arrive professionally packaged, exactly what I ordered and arrive before expected. I had to speak to a rep and she was very professional and knowledgeable about the subject. I appreciate the great service, selections and prices they offer!!!
I placed an order with this company. They sent me an order number, and have already taken my money from my bank account and gave failed to send me a tracking number. I have emailed them and called and they just keep asking me for my order number. I have provided the order number countless of times and called. The phone rings but then says they aren't receiving calls at this time, or I would receive other recordings. This company seems very fishy. I only ordered from here because they carry the products I use. No customer should be left wondering about their order.
From someone who doesn’t wear wigs on a daily basis, I still love shopping at Divatress. They have hair products for all hair types. I bought an anti itch oil that exfoliated my scalp instantly. I had a smooth scalp for once! I also love the makeup options they have. I want every color in the Kiss New York Matte Velvet lipstick. Shipping is fast and never a problem. Definitely visit their website!
I have shopped at Divatress a couple times and always get my wigs fast. Great variety of products and excellent customer service. I will definitely go back!
