Heavy duty barber shop

Great I've been coming here for 5yrs they always do a great job thank u guy's

Prior to covid I’d generally had a good experience with this particular shop. Solid skill at a good value compared to the last black barber shop I went to no terribly far from here. Since they have reopened, it’s impossible to pin down any consistent open/close times.nnI work 2 jobs requires me a I be at work at 11 am so it’s a tight window when I can actually get a cut. I called Saturday evening to see what time they opened and they said 9 am. I get there at 9 am and I wait. And wait and wait and wait. 9:30 comes around and still no one shows up so I have to leave as my commute is about an hour and I wouldn’t have enough time to get cut.nnToday I check their google listings and they say they are open until 8pm. I walk up at 7 and they are close but there are some guys sitting in the shop. So I’m trying to ask what are their actual hours. They seemed pretty indifferent to my question but I’m him to charge that to the language barrier. So one of the gentlemen finally comes closer to the door and I explain that I’m trying to get a cut and I have a tight window and I need to know when they are open. I also explain my experience on Sunday to which he could careless about.nnHe tells me they open at 9am until whenever to which case like you guys are just sitting here can someone just give me a cut. And yes that’s a little entailed of me admittedly but also I’d already shown up previously for service during the hours I was told they were supposed to be open (Sunday) and no one showed up.nnThe gentleman at the door was once again indifferent and he didn’t seem to care if they got any more of my business in the future. So they won’t. I’ll just have to find someone else to cut my hair going forward. Too bad, because I kinda liked the guy who used to cut my hair there (he was present but was pretty indifferent too) . I work in retail as well and yes, I want to go home when it closing time but I’ve had to stick around to service my clients because I appreciate their business. I guess at heavy duty, that’s not the case.
