It was my first rental, but Alicia here didn’t even know that when she quickly surprised me with an upgrade. Quick and awesome service with no line, and the after-hours return process was very easy. If you’re already in Chicago (not flying into O’Hare or Midway) I’d highly recommend this location. Thanks Alicia!
Customer Service was great in & out..picking up the vehicle & dropping off. The agent was nice & had a smile that makes a difference. It took 10 minutes or less to pick up on a Friday...! Its easy to find the location but not the garage I parked my car down the street..that's why I gave it 4.

Clean, professional place. Low rates. Quick service. I dinged it a star because the car I rented, the engine light was on. Not good if you want to feel safe.
