The staff is expedient and friendly--especially Oz! They are located at a convenient location and always willing to help find the best option. Happy to have them in the neighborhood!

The car was nice, however it was not what I booked for leasing in the beginning at a much cheaper price. When I made it to the facility on Wabash immediately the customer service rep told me that the vehicle was not available and that he had another one in place of it for just several more dollars it turned out to be almost $10 more. I kept the car a substantial amount of time and was not discounted on anything and I believe I was double-charged it was just way too much for the time that I had it. The customer rep and manager also would not give me my Preferred Points or redo the transaction so I can get my leasing points on the preferred account. Therefore I have no points added up for all the time that I paid for using the rented vehicle. This just was not a good experience. I was charged almost $800 dollars to keep the vehicle for only 17 days, again without any discounted rates. I don't plan on using Avis again if I can help it. Way too costly and no real benefits. Going back to Hertz & Enterprise.

Mr. Oz, at the rental counter, was very helpful. We received the car we reserved, which does not happen at other agencies, the car was clean. Mr. Oz checked us back in and took care of the billing and charge quickly and we were on our way. Best services ever, much better than hertz.

I had the worst experience with the Avis rental location. First, I requested a premium vehicle, specifically a Chevy Impala. I received a Volkswagen Pssat. Not a comfortable car, small and rough riding. I can't believe it is in the same class as the Impala. Awful customer service. Avis is not as flexible as the competition in accommodating customers.
