Its a great sized store, but they have massive collections of some books but few of other kinds of books that are just as important. For instance they have a ton of comics, graphic novels, photography,and art history books, but their selection of books on actual art instruction is small and outdated
Information desk lady at the back was exceptionally rude to new customers. Wouldn't consider going to the older woman in the back with the glasses. Everyone else loved to be there an had a positive attitude an very welcoming.
Great service was able to find books I loved and items
I was able to find what I was looking for and a few more treasures that I stumbled across. The prices are slightly higher than ordering on Amazon but if you want something immediately without the wait go to Barnes & Noble.
Store was open. Found the book I was looking for and their was little wait time to pay for my books.
