I enjoyed the variety of artworks there, it seemed like not many were actively open yet because of COVID. The collection still boasted many ethnically diverse contexts and many artist studios on the upper floors.

The acoustics on the second floor are not great for speaking not music. The venue would do well to add some acoustic damping in strategic locations to have better sound for wedding speeches and music. First floor sound was good. Bathrooms were tidy.
