My name is Ira John Bishop Jr, I am the President of Locksmith Services C-U INC. I very much appreciate my customer who took the time to post a review. Most of my customers know me as John, I have been fixing and repairing locks, rekeying locks, opening homes, cars, and making keys for cars, we also have been opening and repairing safes for over 42 years.nnNovember of 2019, we had a total of 45 reviews of which 43 were 5 star. We had one 4 star and, one 1 star. Which gave us a 4.9 stars average. The 1 star review, we had received had nothing to do with the service or the product. This customer did not like the News Channel I had on my TV in my office at the time he was here. About 2 to 3 weeks later this person posted a 1 star and used my name as the one who posted it, this all took place back in April or early May of 2017.nnNow the five 1 star posts which show up in December of 2019, these posts was made over about ten days. I believe to be Fake.nnThe five individuals who are listed on the 5 posts. I can tell you this, I would never talk to our customers, in any way but respectful. I havenmanaged two other businesses for about ten years each, before I startednJohn Locksmith Shop.nnI started John's Locksmith Shop back in December 1979, years laternin the early1990's I change our name to Locksmith Services, later I thennincorporated Locksmith Services in October 22, 2015 to Locksmith Services C-U Inc. One thing I take pride in, is the number of repeat customer who has used us over the years. When you as a customer calls for service, we are working for you, and we will do our best to take care of your needs. Our company would not had lasted this long, if we didn't do our job right. With out your support we would have been gone a long time age.nnI only guess some person or persons, post these one star reviews to do harm to my company and my employee's. These five reviews started to come in about ten days after I have terminated a person, from my company.nnBecause of the timing of the five posts over a 7 to 10 day period, we are now investigating the source of the five 1 stars reviews that was posted in December of 2019. We also had someone make a posting, that show we was permanently closed. We able to get Google to show us open, but this took a outside firm and a number of months to do. Google now show us as open.nnIt has been over a year now, and our posting are up to 58 still we have a total of six 1 stars and one four star, but our posting for 5 stars are nownup to 51 five stars from 43 stars before. We still have one 4 star and six 1 stars. Five of which I personal feel are Fake.nnI feel the posting of the Reviews are a big help to our customer and help our company to grow. how ever the first 1 star, I had received does have a little bit of truth to it. Yes I do have a small dog he name is Hamilton. One of the best kept secrets in town. I've come with old locks from cabinets, safes, and equipment. Ira and the staff seem to always know what I've handed them, and they know how to make it work for me.nnThey're good with vehicles, too.

Thank you, John! locked myself out of my 2012 VW Passat glove box. It requires a separate key to open, which I’d lost. I called a locksmith that the local dealership recommended. They weren’t willing to try, not having the necessary tools to open it. They recommended Locksmith Services. It took considerable skill and patience, but John opened it! Thank you so very much!
