Showed up at 2:45, note on the door saying they would be back in 15 min. Waited 15 minutes. Ran more errands. Came back at 3:50. Still no one. Not wasting my time with this place anymore.
They inresponsable and one machine stole the money from my card and they dont do Nothing poor Service
The staff management overthere don't even wearing a mask, they never wipe any door,any machine, it's really awful for the community and a lot of machines out of service without a note on, no access to the bathroom.
Very disrespectful management!nMy dad got himself kicked out months ago because of an argument. I myself continued to come to this place, almost every dryer and washer are broken. I began to tell the manager that things are broken and he began yelling at me, getting really close to my face, comparing me to my father saying I can just leave, calling me “irate”. I then tried to apologize and he continually kept yelling not listening, claiming “I’m the owner”. This place is beyond disrespectful. I got kicked out for being helpful, requesting things get fixed, so I can have a faster time at the laundromat. He then called the police, saying I’m the problem. There are about 10 witnesses he did this in front of.nPlease shut this place down or get new management this was very unprofessional!!! This whole ordeal has made me very uncomfortable.
Washers are clean but dryers are a mess. I've been coming here for a little while and first I noticed some of the dryers didn't work. Then I noticed some have mold in the lint compartment and in the back of the dryer itself. A dryer like that shouldn't be used by customers. It should atleast have a sign on it.
