Came out the same day and made the whole house sparkle! Everyone was friendly and professional.
Guy named Anthony came to my house in a red Cadillac with a little vacuum that I could of bought at Walmart. I asked if he had deodorizer he said yes but I've seen my couch cleaned many times I did not see or smell any chemicals or deodorizer. the next day couch still smells I tried calling company I ask for a different person he's the only one in my area but I'm in a totally different state from him they need more people. The company stated they don't provide the equipment to the cleaner this company is not professional. They received payment from my couch insurance company and my couch is in same position because they have 1 person that's about 2 hours away with not the proper equipment. My insurance company can not help and give me different provider because they already paid and it's not a separate issue
1) You showed up 4 hours late, leaving my friend and her toddler waiting with no phone call. When I called you were defensive and attacking when asked why.nn2) You abandoned your rather inexperienced and inefficient team alone with no supervision which was sorely needed taking house key with you. They immediately left.nn3) They stayed less than 2 hrs total, leaving 90% of promised work undone.nn4) I had to spend another $600 to get short notice professional cleaning for home.nn5) Unprofessional, incomplete, unnecessarily rude creating large stress for all.nn6) Showed up reeking of alcohol the next day to collect missing materials.nn7) After being offered pay for little work that was done, refused and continued to harrass my friend repeatedly.nnNot recommended!!
