Went to my usual go to laundromat after work because I did not want to go to either one of my parent’s house, and to my surprise, the new owner put in all new machines! They are great, efficient, and fast! I had such a pleasant experience coming here since the last time, the new owner even kindly greeted me. I would not listen to any previous bad reviews seeing as this laundromat is turning around with a new owner.

This is the only laundromat i will go to! Its always clean and the owner is the sweetest! I feel safe coming here and waiting around for my laundry to finish. He just replaced all the washers and dryers so now my laundry time is cut in half! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this laundromat to anyone!!

I’ve been going here for years . Great customer service. The owner is available if there’s an issue .I never have to worry about my clothing being touched or damaged. It’s also clean and well kept .They have all new machines and I love them!

I only use a laundromat for my sheets because they are king size. So I went in at 12 o’clock to drop them off for wash and dry service. I was NEVER told when to come back. So I came back a little after 4. I waited 20 mins but didn’t see one employee. My stuff was just sitting in a dryer. I called the number and he said he would try to figure it out. 10 minutes go by and I haven’t heard anything. So I took my stuff! I was so angry. Then 6:30 I get a phone call telling me to come back and pay for the service ( I have no problem doing but I wasn’t going to wait 2 hours for someone) then she continues to accuse me of doing this multiple times. I said ma’am I just moved her from Florida. She said she didn’t believe me because she had me on cameras other dates! IM FROM FLORIDA THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I STEPPED FOOT IN THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT! My husband talked to the owner and said we will pay and the owner said “I hope we didn’t loose your business” I will never come back here so yeah you DID!
