Nice services w/handicap parking lot, drop and pick up, matching detergents, and entertainment.
I dont know when these great reviews happened but I been there recently on my visits to holyoke with my fiance. and I must say NO AC in a muggy and hot summer day, staff is rude lots of the dryers dont work. i can go on for days the laundrymat is as ghetto as the neighborhood.

Used to go here all the time to drop off and pick up because it's super convenient and not that expensive. One time though I got a bunch of someone else's laundry mixed in with mine. No big deal. Brought all the other person's stuff back. But now the last few times it seems like all the clothes they put on hangers aren't even washed. Like they smell 10x worse than when I brought them. Laundromagic up the street is a little more expensive but at least I know my clothes will be clean.
