Friendly staff and ownership. Small hometown jeweler that makes you feel your business counts. Give them your time and they'll give you their best. Went for a watch battery replacement and was in and out with professional service and friendly chat. Would definitely repeat my business.

The service and products are always great! But what astounds me are the prices!!! They beat all other jewelry stores I have inquired at. My husband is very thrifty and he was impressed!

I had several items repaired and had a custom item made . I also purchased a pair of earrings. I have trouble with finding earrings due to one ear having been ripped. The lady was very sweet and listened to all my information. I also ordered another custom peice a few days later. My daughter and I went to pick up the last custom peice and I needed to return the earrings as they didn't work out due to my ripped earlobe. To my surprise I was told I either traded for jewelry I really didn't need or want, or be charged for the employees money as well as the money the merchant would be charged on the deb and t machine. All while I was purchasing another custom peice. Now I was paid cash back. The machine charge..dont known, since 5he machine was not used. Nor as a customer do I feel I need to pay the employees wages. The receipt doesn't say anything about no returns or exchanges nor is there a sign in the store. I was planning another custom peice but I think I will go elsewhere...
