Not a bad place just aloy of the stores are going away bout the only place worth going is dollar tree ar best buffet

Used to be a pretty stable and homey place to get some errands done. Plenty of parking! A long time ago - it had JC Penneys, the DMV, Harllmark Card Store (Kirlins?), Chinese Restaurant, Jewelry Store, Grocery store. Seems like when ever I come home to visit - some business is moving out and another moving in. At some point, the 80s? Lincoln Square added a third row of stores. Honestly, I don't think it needed that. Seems like there is always an empty store or two.nI came here with members of my family to dine at Best Buffet. It was ironically closed on Wednesday - the day I was in Jacksonville helping my parents.nnI think WalMart killed most of the thriving business there, just as WalMart has killed businesses everywhere. I'm not totally putting the blame on WalMart. All big business has had a hand in destroying small towns a d rural living. And we consumers can't resist having bright new shiny toys and saving money. Big business has politics in their pockets. Until that changes - we'll all wind up living in big cities if we want access to everything we used to have when we lived in the rural country side but had a central town like Jacksonville to go to for anything that can't be made.nnJacksonville used to have a thriving job market - but that died out - leaving Jacksonville to flounder a bit. The economy ups and downs are much harder on smaller towns plunked out in the middle of farmlands. I love Jacksonville and I always will.

Lincoln Square has everything you need. From fast food, sit down restaurant, second hand clothing store, Ashley's Home and Furniture, to getting new shoes, getting your Driver's license and plates, to getting your hair and nails stuff at Sally's Beauty Supply to a Dollar General Store and when your all done shopping you can go to Kewl Times and have a drink or just an ice cold soda. Lincoln Square has everything you could need in one place.

I had to go back and give them a better star rating due to the fact they keep the outside very clean and well maintained
