I contacted Ms. Mata through a message on a Sunday. I wasn't expecting a reply until Monday. Ms. Mata responded quickly on her day off. She and her husband came the same to day to evaluate and give an estimate, explaining the work they would be doing.nnMs. Mata and her husband contacted us two days before coming out, so we had time to move things around as necessary. They removed the roughly 20-year-old sealant off of the garage floor and pressure washed it, to be sealed at a later date. They did a soft wash on the house, the front porch, windows, soffitts, and gutters. They also did a soft wash on the outdoor building in the back yard. It was hot outside when they started, and within a matter of a few hours a rain storm blew in. They worked through the rain without complaint to get the job done. The house looks great, and we appreciate your service!
