Unfortunately this is not my daughter Samantha, but her mom Sol. I want to say my husband paid $137 for edible arrangement to be delivered to me and it’s 6:14 pm and they are not even here. This is not the first time last year they arrived at 7pm. If it was up to me they can keep there strawberries, I know how to make them at home but my husband tried to surprise me again and figured maybe by going to a different location that would help.nnI hope never again very disappointed how the quality is being handled. If you can’t keep up with the demand then don’t own a business.
Don’t bother getting delivery I ordered at 11:30am and apparently it takes 6+ hours to deliver one 12 count box.
Great place friendly people
Had to pick up an order that I made online. Walked in no one at the counters. Standing here for about 10 minutes now. Yelled out for help 3 times. No one to assist. Phones ringing, no answer. Still waiting for help. There’s not a bell at the front. So no choice but to sit and wait....finally someone walks up.. Shouldn’t take 15 minutes to walk out with product that was ordered online..So disappointed in the service. If there’s not going to coverage in the front, please have a bell.
