Today I order flower to surprise my mom. She was so in love with them. She send me this photo and also she post it on her Facebook page. Everyone love the flower and like it . My husband always use this flower shop for all his surprises on my birthday and just because . I always ask him where did he order the flowers he always say Jan's Flowers.
POOR Customer Service! Gave me attitude after I checked on my order I NEVER did receive!!!!! The only thing they did successful was charging my credit card!!! I'm still waiting on my refund.
It was a funeral arrangement, very beautiful and reasonably priced. The staff were very pleasant, I made my order over the phone and it was a good experience. Many people were impressed by their arrangement.

Jan's Flowers is a great florist for whatever occasion you need flower arrangements. There should be no need to shop around to other floral shops, her prices and quality are an absolute steal. They are flat-out affordable. They have a wall of pictures to show off the intricate pieces and arrangements they've made, as well as a book to browse. Jan and her children are very friendly, and will help you through any type of questions you have. They also have some cats roaming around the shop, which is nice if you're an animal lover.
