I just ran my fastest 3 miles in 2 years! I have Lyn at Athletico to thank for my progress. For the last two years I had been suffering from lower back pain/ hip pain but despite trying all sorts of different exercises, I found no relief. At the encouragement of friends, I set up a time to meet with Lyn who diagnosed the problem and gave me some exercises to strengthen by pelvic floor and hip mobility. They were such simple exercises that I was surprised at how quickly I found relief! The pain seems to stay away if I am consistent with the exercises. Lyn was very honest and collaborative. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and professional.

I absolutely love this place! I was treated with the utmost care and respect in my delicate situation. The Therapists are Amazing. I have made so much progress under their care. And I have multiple issues. I would wholeheartedly Recommend Athletico, Decatur for all your therapy needs. I wanna give a special thanks to Autumn Swansen and Tosha Cobb for their extensive knowledge and expertise as well as their unconditional support and encouragement through out my rehabilitation. The staff was very welcoming, discrete, and personable. They helped me practically set up my appointments as well as work any questions or concerns I had with my insurance . Facility is very clean and has adequate space for each person to be cared for in a safe manor.

My husband is recovering from a stroke... we have been happy with his progress and the staff is always helpful and caring. We have worked mainly with Autumn. She is very knowledgeable about assessment and treatment. She is very in tune with the needs of her patients and their families . Consistently suggests extra activities to help with progress between visits.

Therapy after my shoulder surgery could not have gone better. Great staff. Praying that I don't have any more surgeries (what are the odds of that), but if I do, I will return...the team got me better ASAP. Thank you Athletico Decatur!
