I would recommend Ray’s laundry mat to anyone!! The customer service is exceptional as Ray is always there to help you if needed. He is very personable with his customers and knows many that enter by name. I bring my 3 month old baby in every time I come and he’s always great about helping me bring my laundry to and from my car. The facility is always clean and he has 2 quarter machines and and atm if needed. If you’re in Decatur and needing to do laundry go to Ray’s!!!!!

This week my washing machine broke and the repairman couldn't come until Monday morning. Meanwhile my laundry was piling up so I reluctantly decided to take all of my laundry including two comforters to Ray's laundromat. I haven't been to a laundromat in probably over 15 years or more. I was not expecting the experience I got. The owner immediately greeted me and offered to come out and help me carry in my laundry which he did. He then explained what machines would be best and quickest for me. He helped me get everything I needed. And it wasn't just me. He was helpful to every single person in the place. He was holding doors, carrying laundry to and from cars, offering to give deals on cost of the machine if the ones they wanted were already full. I was soooo impressed with him and I was in and out with about 6 loads of laundry within an hour and a half. I highly recommend this laundromat whenever you are in need of one. I definitely plan to start taking my bigger items there to get done quickly.

Ray's Laundromat in Decatur Illinois is the BEST!! Ray always greets you with a smiling face, very personable and professional, always goes the extra mile, for his customers. The facility is always clean, machines are always running and cheapest in town! Ray's has a variety of Washing Machines and Dryers to fit the needs of his Customers. You need a Small, Medium or Large Loader? Ray's is the place! Ray's definitely has our business! We've been going there for months. Support Local Small Businesses! Thanks for Everything you do Ray! By far the best service I have ever received! Not to mention the CLEANEST place to do laundry in town! Ray ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help people.. always welcoming and giving a hand when needed.. can't say enough about how impressed I am when I visit rays laundromat.. you couldn't pay me to take my clothes elsewhere..

Needing to do a week’s worth of laundry after a week on the road working, and found Ray’s Laundromat through Google search. It had great reviews and a 5 star rating, so I gave it a try. As many have stated, the owner keeps the place spotless and was on site to offer assistance and suggestions. Definitely the cleanest and best kept laundromat I have used. Local people who need to do their laundry will not be disappointed. Give them your business. 5.0 stars from me!
