AWFUL customer service!!!! I submitted a wedding consultation and nobody ever got ahold of me! I finally had to call them and the man was VERY rude on the phone. I understand that there are no in person consultations due to COVID-19, but they didn’t try to help at all. When I asked if they had any idea when in person consultations would happen, he said no. I asked if they could do it over the phone, he said no. It’s amazing in times like this how little they wanted business!
Good prices, beautiful arrangements, and prompt delivery services. Definitely going to keep using them!
I ordered flowers for a funeral asking only for colorful fresh flowers. I could not have been more pleased with the service and the arrangement.

I am so very thankful to the Hourans staff! I was late placing an order for my mom for Mother’s Day. I used the online service, selected the bouquet and made my payment. The next available delivery date was Tuesday, two days after Mother’s Day. What a joyful message I received from my mom on Saturday! She received her flowers the day before Mother’s Day! She also told me that they had the wrong address. Apparently I mixed the address numbers when I entered the order online. The delivery man was persistent: he called the house, got the right address and made the delivery. It was his last delivery of the day! So thankful for this wonderful extra effort! My mom loved the flowers!! Thank you so much!
