Really clean and nice ambience when I walked in. Very nice female hostess greeted me and lead to my seat. Sports TV added to interest and sports fan. Loved all the BIG screens. My server was Tiffany and she was very nice, professional and very knowledgeable. Asked her a couple of suggestions, took them and everything turned out excellent. My experience from start to finish was very enjoyable and even got to take wings home because of 2 for 1! I would recommend to anyone who loves Wings and a sports fan!
I went here the last week of October. Waited 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged and seated. And then waited 15 minutes before someone would take my order. They were maybe three other people in the whole place. Today I went and actually left after waiting 15 minutes to be seated and 10 minutes before giving up and leaving. Again they were maybe four people in the restaurant, not busy at all. I’m beginning to understand why
After waiting for 45 minutes for our order of 20 chicken wings. We decided to call it. Told the waiter to cancel our order and all he could say was “yea okay” no apology.... no asking why we canceled our order. He checked up on us once.... maybe he didn’t know we were waiting so long. Horrible experience from y’all tonight. ANYWHERE else can get me food in 45 minutes.
The hostesses are usually very slow but if you make it through that, ask for Otis to be your server! He was excellent.
I ordered Saturday September 12, 2020 i ordered online it said my order would be ready by 8 Per usual it wasn’t ready had to wait an extra 20 minutes and As I went up to to pay in the take out section I asked the lady how much was it and she wasn’t able to tell me so I gave her 21 dollars my total ended up being 19.35 I didn’t get my change Back I was going to tip her I just wished she wouldn’t just assume that was her tip on top of that I didn’t get my veggies or ranch that I specifically put that I wanted. To top it off she called me Jessica which isn’t my name at all and she said yeah whatever as I corrected her I just hope employees are able to learn the importance of customer service I’ll never come back here again.
