Rented a car to take to N.JnMake sure you order car online for a bigger savings. Women that runs the place is nice.
They helped me get a rental-less than a day( required time give them 24hr notice)
This is not towards the physical person working at the establishment (he was great) but the customer service number. They are worthless and lie. I've never had as big of a problem getting a refund from someone as I have had with them. I was informed that a partial amount would be refunded to my card in ten business days, ten business days later and NOTHING. So I call back and they have no record of charging my card.. even though clear as day they charged me over two hundred dollars. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences with a business I've had. If you use Avis, deal with them in house because YOU DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH COSTUMER SERVICE.

Becky is great! The customer service they provide in Decatur is unmatched by any other Avis desk. They almost always have my car ready to go and if for whatever reason they don’t they get it right away upon my arrival. Super accommodating and reasonable for one way rentals too!nnI wish they could transplant the customer service from this Avis to the desk in St Louis at STL
