Nice people. Honest and upfront. The cost of the repairs seemed insanely high and I was hoping the fact that I purchased a different used car from Marshall's would possibly lean towards a discount. If not on the labor, maybe towards a new vehicle? The answer was no. I know my vehicle was not wanted for a trade in and my situation was frustrating. Still, I would have hoped for some sort of benefit from being a prior customer. I made the decision to never buy another Chevy ever again am currently looking through used Dodge Trucks. No point in staying loyal to Marshall anymore.

Would give 10 stars if possible. The whole team at Marshall was amazing and fair. Will definitely be back even though they are 5 hours from me. Their dedication to customer service is unmatched.

In the world of today that we all live in, I am not accustomed to receiving such kindness and gracious service as that which I received from Marshall Chevrolet, Buick, GMC on Monday 23 November 2020. From my initial encounter with Missy upon check-in through my service with Dave and others in the service department, I encountered tremendous service and support. Thank you!!!! I recommend the Marshall company to any who wish to experience the same level of care. Kudos to all!!!!

I called the dealership and was able to get a appointment right away to see what was the problem my car was having. The mechanic was able to figure out the problem and fixed it right away. My extended warranty I bought from the dealer when I bought the car covered the repair. I was very happy everything worked out.
