First experience with this pharmacy.. Went to pick up my Moms meds 1 1/2 days after they were called in. Was told by the woman at the register they were still not done yet. Asked how long if I waited. Was told at least 30 minutes. She said they have to take care of the people that were there for flu shots first. Last time I checked CVS was a pharmacy. Left and went back the next day. A different woman at the register this time finished checking out the person she was with and as I walked up she walked away from the register and left me standing there waiting for 5 minutes before coming back to me. Its a shame that during COVID 19 pandemic and they are not motivated to help people get in and out safely and quickly. My Mom will not be filling her scripts there anymore. People packed in the back by the pharmacy waiting. So not safe.

I had a Perscription called in, I called to give them my insurance info, and she was rude, told me my # was no good, and to call my insurance. I knew it was fine. Walgreens had no problem.

HORRIBLE SERVICE in the pharmacy! They attributed it to being short staffed. But this is an ongoing issue. Switched to this location over a yr ago cuz it was closer to home and I regret it. They are absolutely RUDE have POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS & they are SUPER SLOW! Can’t use the app to request my scripts cuz they DONT SEND THE REQUESTS TO THE DR OFFICE. Got out of the ER at 10am with my kid and they tell me my rx will be ready for 7pm! Unacceptable! Can’t use the drive-thru cuz half the time they have a sign up telling you to come inside! The one star is for the actual store!

Absolutely awful. None of the pharmacy techs are friendly, some act like you are actually a burden on them. Many times prescriptions are not ready when promised. For instance this evening I was told my inhaler would be ready after 6. I arrived at 7 - not ready! Oh why don’t I loop around and come back in 10-15? Sure, my time has no value. I swear they don’t even start getting it ready until you arrive. It’s an inhaler for Pete sake, doesn’t need mixing or counting, somehow it take 3 hours to slap a label on a box? CVS can eat a big one.

Absolutely THE WORST pharmacy customer service EVER!!! Doctor sent a script at 9 am...I called at 3pm to ask them to make sure it was filled by 5. I was told we cant guarantee it will be ready. We are busy. Then she said, if you want to come in and wait for it we will rush it. HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE????? Every time i go in to pick something up it is NEVER ready...or wrong!!!! I would give 0 stars if it was an option!
