It's an old building reminisant of yesterday year, but in great condition. The folks there are curtious and helpful and ready to serve.

City of Holyoke have a lot of beautiful place historic beautiful buildings the view from MT-Tom you can see a spectacular view and a beautiful reservoir that you can walk around in fall season the trees show all the beautiful different color waters so clean and clear also have a lot of dinosaurs foots prints on Highway 5 next to Connecticut River .....and a lot more...

As a citizen of Holyoke, I find that the city hall and it's employees hold nothing but selfish and unethical ways. The stigma that most locals carry is most definitely applied everytime that I, or plenty of people I know, have walked into the place. The staff is barely knowledgeable and seems to lean towards standard process of the individuals job title, nothing extra. Thoroughly dissapointed almost everytime.
