I trained with this company almost four years ago and I'm still here. I came in this industry expecting to get some experience at the first company that would hire me and move on but I haven't because Decker has been a dream. I have a lot of family members who are truck drivers and their horror stories have convinced me I'll probably never leave. Top notch equipment plenty of miles, able to work you as hard as you'd like to. My dispatcher is amazing. I even, for a period, did have a really bad dispatcher, but when he failed me to get me to where I needed to be I took it upon myself to fly myself there. And while I was on home time I asked for new dispatcher. And without even having to ask I was reimbursed fully for all of my travel and flying expenses and when I came back to work I had a brand new dispatcher. Unbelievably amazing (by the way that dispatcher no longer works at the company so no need to worry). I feel it's important to point out though to people that the inward facing driver camera can be deactivated after 90 days at the expense of a potential one cent per mile bonus. So it's on you if you do not want a driver facing camera. Sketchy drivers who jump companies every two or three months beware because they don't put up with shenanigans but good drivers will feel appreciated here. Edit: we actually don't train anymore, you need 9 months experience

Got literally run off road by decker driver between hutchinson ks an Newton ks.I was traveling west bound one an half miles west of Haven rd when driver following two cars wondered over in my lane with pass side tires hit center line. I had to immediately hit the shoulder or wham headon. This happened about 8 oclock am Monday the 5 th of April. I really should have turned around an run him down. If my company he would immediately got terminated. The wind was about15 mph an was not a FACTOR. It is my belief he was on his freaking phone.

Wish I could give no stars I worked here they done me so wrong they dont care about you or your family dont want to pay you low miles go else where this owner should be ashamed but he dont care got his money
