I'm not sure if the reviews are for the DMV or the tag office at the courthouse but I have sat in tag and registration offices in numerous states over the last 35 years and I always put fort Dodge at the top of the list. This last week was no exception. I worked mostly with Melissa but everyone was polite and prompt. I actually had a refund and Melissa called me to let me know it was ready rather than having to wait for the mail.
Been on the phone since 2 and no one picked up. Been doing this for about a week now. Thought it was my phone so I used a friend's phone and it did the same thing. People here don't care about anything just getting a paycheck they need new employees and management in order to work probably.
Was running late but got there 5 minutes before 4 and all lights were shut off and doors locked. Your hours don't work anybody's life's unless you unemployed. Why not actually stay until the time it says your supposed to be closed? It's always a hassle trying to get to this place. Didn't even want to give you 1 star but no stars isn't an option.
