If I could give zero stars I would. First person I interacted with was very professional at the beginning and to the point. During my appointment I am the only person in the building sitting at the desk waiting while 3 workers are behind their desks. A female employee proceeds to mark a smart remark about how slow it is and ask if he's excited about his wait asking when the next appointment was..he proceeds to say in a sarcastic tone that he is bored and the next one is not until another 30 mins. The most uncomfortable situation I have ever experienced. You are bored waiting for your next appointment then make yourself busy. There is a pandemic and some people would be thankful to have the very job and desk you are sitting at! Absolutely unprofessional and sad! All while the lady who is helping me is extremely cold.....silent.....and not public friendly! If you are bored serving the public don't sign up for a job to help serve them!

I was given a number to call for scheduling an appointment that 2 hrs later still rings Buisy. Use the website is simple but required field of notes will not explain what is required I got creative. Lol the phone number seems like a wast of time and offered as a means to convince people to use website. Standing out front if dropped off during hrs open wasting my time punishment for being a non licensed resident is another way to fill my day with more time wasted on not earning pay already could not afford to lose

Horrible experience. My wife and I were trying to update our CURRENT driver's license to add a gold star. My wife called ahead of time to make sure we had the correct documents. One of the workers, Mary, would not except the documents, saying they were church copies. It stated on top from the courthouse and had a raised seal and because my wife did not have her first marriage certificate. (Who keeps that!) The supervisor was trying to say it was OK, but Mary argued and refused. She was rude and very condescending. Needless to say my wife could not an updated license with a gold star. Ridiculous
