I regularly come to Balise for my washes, as I have the monthly pass. My car always comes out pristine. I do a detail every couple of months as well, and it’s done wonders to keep my car looking great both inside and out. The manager Tony is always friendly, and the rest of the staff is super helpful.
Balise Car Wash in West Springfield, next to Balise Toyota, is the gives the best service for your car. I have been using this location for over 2 years. Consistently, the service and professionalism of all staff, has kept me coming back to take care of my car. I recommend you get your interior cleaning here as well, you won’t regretted and your car will appreciated.
A car wash is a car wash... but for $20 I shouldn’t have to still get out and wipe mud off my car. I also had to move my car 3 times to get “decent” vacuums, but hey they’re free. I’m sure I’ll be back but I won’t upgrade the wash, there is no point.
When I went to balise collision repair to get my car fixed they brought it to the car wash to get detailed after getting repaired to find that they broke my radio they left dirt in the car left marker markings all over the paint that I had to clean off. Then on top of that they ended up trying to cover it up by giving me a free 6 month pass to the car wash and replacing my radio then getting the overspray off the car also and I had to get a new tire..... Now I’m back to get a car wash and can’t even use it cuz they can’t even figure what time it I’m under...... worse business ever NEVER GO TO BALISE COLLISION REPAIR OR THEIR CAR WASH!!! Update because I left this review they actually deactivated my membership and kicked me out.
Easy automated service, free vacuums that are great, seems to clean car better than most car washes in the area.
