I ordered a pendulum movement and pendulum/bob from Schlabaugh & Sons, and the service was fantastic! I had a few questions about the mechanism, and the woman on the phone (Jane I believe) spent the time to explain a few things to me in detail. She also went out of her way to mail me an extra pendulum bob! Excellent Service!

I ordered what was to be: Greene & Greene Pendulum,Movement/Dial kit.nI received a reprint of an artical of a Wood Magazine. This cost me $10.95 + shipping. I am very dissapointed.
