The doctor in Norwalk was great. But they don’t inform you of everything you need to know with billing. And send off to 2 different pathologist (which you get charged twice for) because they don’t have one in house currently. They expect their patients to read a sign in the room where you are getting an exam and where you’re supposed to be focused on your medical need not billing. I don’t remember seeing any sign as I was focused on seeing the doctor, and telling her why I was in. Thanks for sign.... But maybe point out the sign as a courtesy and reminder. Exam rooms should be made for exams. Have your front help remind the patient as they’re checking in(the lady I just talked to didn’t even know there were signs in the room or if they had a pathologist). I was literally the only patient in the office the whole time I was there. There was plenty of time, to take the time for this. Not the way to treat a patient who has been going there 15years. Not recommended. Terrible experience.
