My experience with Dr. Ortell and his staff have been non short of top notch. Anytime I've needed advice, procedures, etc...they went above and beyond. Dr. Ortell has a calming bedside manner which I appreciate. Thank you, Dr Ortell for taking such good care of me... Over and over and over again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!! Blessings to all!!

Didn’t do the tests he was supposed to do, that he ordered and insurance paid for. Didn’t perscribe the medication he told me to take. Didn’t explain any of the things found in the test. Was in a huge rush during my consultation and day of procedure. Not impressed and will never go back.nDr. Thompson in Pella is a much better choice, hard to get into, but he is thorough and cares about his patients.
