I realize it is the day after Christmas but the recording indicated that service was still available. As a minimum, the recording should be correct or more importantly, there should be someone available to take emergency calls and set up appointments for urgent needs. The answering service was completely non-responsive and offered no help to rectify the situation--especially for out of town caregivers of a long time Ottumwa resident who needs an appointment on Monday, Dec. 29th and has been a cliet for many years.
