These guys used to be good. The new folks running the shop can’t stay organized or on task. The last two years have produced several sub-par experiences using their services. Just this year I dropped my mower off and was told to come back in two weeks. My mower sat for two weeks without being touched. Was told another week - I gave them two and checked back again. Nothing had been done in an entire month.nnWhen the repairs were done - mower came back with the deck not level and blew their newly replaced belt on the first mow.nnThe guys at the shop now don’t care anymore. Their customer service shows it. I’m just happy The mowers they worked on haven’t blown up on me like some others.
