I asked to keep my information confidential from one of their employees for personal reasons and they had said person working on my prescription. Said person accused my son of taking my script in a custody battle over my Grand Children. So sharing confidential information to make my experience better doesn't really cut it. Oh and btw it was a lie and could not be proven. So my personal reason was important. Will never use Quik Rx again. Changed to Harlan Pharmacy, Jean is excellent and if I asked for confidentiality I'm sure she would honor my request.
