Very professional. Wanted to speak with me and my Fiancé that way we were all on the same page. Jim Explained the company, the products used, and why they were using the specific product when he came out to do the estimate. Mark the owner was very communicative when it came to when the roof was going to be done and if they ran into any issues. They ended up getting our roof done sooner than originally thought due to leaks inside the house which was amazing! I definitely would recommend them.
Through a very challenging year Mark was always timely and responsive to my project needs. All calls were answered and any concerns addressed right away. He was very personable and easy to work with making what could be a very challenging process a lot easier. I greatly appreciate the time he took to make sure everything was done right.
Centennial was one of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure to work with! Everything was completed ahead of schedule and above my expectations! Even though they were as busy as they were, I felt from the attention and service I received that my job was important! One of the things that impressed me most was how they did all the work with my insurance company! I didn’t need to do a thing!
Centennial was great when doing repairs to our roof and gutters after a hailstorm in the Spring. We also had them replace fascia and soffit to update the look of our home. Highly recommend! Mark was great at answering any and all questions we had.
Wow, what a company!!!! This company is all about customer service! 2020 was quite a year and Centennial Home Improvement company was the best part of it! Had siding, roof, and gutters done. Everything was fast, efficient, and the cleaned up and I am a little picky. Also they were on time and when they said they would be there they were. Mark made it so simple and was a pleasure to deal with! Soo happy I went with this company. If you are looking for a company that puts you and your needs first, look no further. You won’t regret it!!!
