Update...nnI am extremely happy that the company has reached out to me to talk about and rectify the issues / concerns I had. The sales manager, regional manager, and branch manager have all reach out to apologize and see what the could to aid in rectifying the situation.nnThis goes to show you how much this company cares about its customers.nnOriginal Message...nnI used to work for this company. So, I know the benefits and quality of their service. My wife and I decided to begin their services again. We accomplished all of this via email. This was last Monday we got the quote and decided to make the go ahead. And by Thursday our spring aeration and first application.nnThey were very prompt with getting to my aeration and first application. However, they did not give me a call ahead as I had requested. I wanted this because I was going to stake off some areas I was still trying to get grass seed to grow in.nnI sent the Davenport, Iowa office an email and I was expecting some kind response as to why I didn’t get a call ahead and them reaching out to apologize. But, nothing yet.nnI do hope this changes.

My lawn was a mess with weeds. I contacted Naturescape last spring.... I noticed a difference after the second visit. I have gone from one of the saddest looking lawns in my neighborhood to one of the best. I signed up again this year. I would recommend Naturescape to anyone.

We have used other lawncare services in the past and have found Nature Scape to be very good. We are very happy with the weed control and fertilizer applications to help our yard look nice.

Mitchell did an amazing job on our yard! He was prompt, and very informative when we had questions. We loved the fact that we got a call ahead the day before, so that we could pick up our dogs toys and keep her inside and safe while the application dried. Very pleased. We are definitely looking forward to having him treat our yard again!

We love Naturescape! We had another local company before we found Naturescape and WOW what a difference! It starts with the phone call, VERY friendly and knowledgeable, the workers who come to your home are the same! Also very careful with our landscape! We highly recommend Naturescape! You won’t be sorry!
