If you have an option of anyone else for laundry service, do not choose Cintas. We have gone over a month without getting any of our towel and mop heads back and the last time we did, they came back dirtier than when they left.

Very unprofessional company. I had 3 interviews and a route ride. I never received a call back letting me know anything. I even called two separate times to ask about my status, but they never picked up. I left a message both times and never heard back. The kicker is the driver I was with the day of my ride even gambled at one of the locations that he serviced. Maybe the company needs to reevaluate their current employees and hire some that will do the right thing.
Kayla in customer service is very rude over a situation i called about two weeks ago. Its not my fault your warehouse doesnt know how to do their job. I am very unsatisfied with the service provided.
