Could not be more pleased with the service at Syla office. My wife and I got our vaccine shots here. Everyone was very professional and punctual. Great job all around!

I highly recommend!! The Talladega County Health Department should be a model for all other facilities administering COVID vaccines. I called and they answered! They put my 87 year old mom on a wait list. They called back 4 hours later with an appointment. When we arrived, they were super organized and got us right in. It was very quick, safe and professional! I highly recommend!!!

If i could give negative stars I would!!! The absolute worst service. I sat in the room to be seen for 1 hour and 45 minutes and no one even came to let me knlw what was going on! And the when i called to reschedule Mazela or whatever her name is was extremely rude and very unhelpful! If you have any other option go with it..
