Not very modern nor good customer service. One of my tenants tags were mailed out to him. He never received those tags.nnI called down to the office on his behalf and the young lady that answered the phone could use a lesson in customer service as well as proper phone etiquette.nnI asked if there was any type of tracking on the tags and she said no, they just take our personal tags that we spend our hard earned money for down to the post office and mail them.nnShe said if he does not get them he would need to pay a $2 replacement fee. Why is this? He did not misplace nor mail them.nnI told her I would pay for replacement as this is an inconvenient for him as well as bad business for them. I said thank you and have a great day...there was no reply only a dial tone.nnVery rude unprofessional and policies should be to better serve their customers not to put more problems into our lives as if we don't already have enough with Covid.nnThanks Natalie

The people are nice enough, but they are only allowing so many people in at one time right now. If you can't take the heat, don't go here.
