Old building with cleanliness questions. Food is ok, buffet style dining. They are only open for lunch hours and only on weekdays. Fried chicken usually pretty good. The pride of Rebecca’s is the wait staff. Very friendly. Colloquially known as the Calvert hooters for some reason. Pricey but you will get full. Good contrast In little Calvert to Webb’s diner which is couple hundred feet north.
While doing some consulting work for Plant Barry, the guys suggested we grab lunch here. Nice little buffet spot to grab lunch. Fresh veggies, delicious seafood and chicken, and some of the best Gumbo I've had in a while. Service is excellent and the lunch price is fair. I will definitely be back.
