I started going 10 minutes out of the way down the highway to get better subway. Management is rude, and the food is always subpar.
Very disappointed show up and I'm the only costumer they were out of just abt everything by my 4th meat request they had it. Place had no cookies and to top it off when I got to the very end to ask for sauce for my sandwich they were outta southwestern Chipotle .
Out of ALOT of items! The sign saying they was out was posted at the register, so you couldn’t see it.. Staff wasn’t pleasant. Worst experience with any Subway.
Came here over the weekend with some friends. I'm from out of town, so I try to go to Phil's every time I'm in the area. Due to Covid, there's no indoor dining. You're able to place an order over the phone, which is what I chose to do. I placed the order about 25mins before getting there, and there were about 5-6 people in front of me. Once I got to the register, I thought my food would already be ready since the person on the phone said I could pick it up in 10 minutes. I ended up waiting for another 20 minutes in the indoor dining area for my food.nnThe food was good as usual, but the service wasn't the greatest this time.
I've been to this location a few times and it had always been decent. This time however, they got two of my sandwiches completely wrong. I called them to notify them of this problem, and they seemed a little rude about the whole situation. The food is good when they can get the order correct.
