Theses water Bill's are gone cra,y I know I don't use 105.00 a month
I currently live here and I absolutely love it. It's a very nice community and I could live here forever. You never have to worry about someone breaking in or anything like that. It's a very good place to live.
It used to be clean and occupied mostly by decent retired couple's but now it looks like the bad parts of Detroit or Baltimore. I took my wife there just to show her how bad it had become and she was scared just driving through in the middle of the day. There should not be any place in north Alabama that is that shabby. Notice,I didn't volunteer this information you ask for it so instead of being mad at me clean that mess up.
I use to live there years ago when Harvey Pride owned it .Lived there 4 years. It was a really nice place then . But now it's run down all the yards look trashy,and the roads fludded when it rains .And they raised the rent ,seems it is turning into a trailer park around here no need for names it has it's own review coming. But bottom line not worth the money.
Very expensive water bills through management with no choice to put it in your name. Poor drainage yards and roads flood super easy. Over priced for what it is.
