Home Remedies Plus remodeled my bathroom 6 years ago. I recently noticed some wood rot on the back of my house and called someone out to replace it. They told me that because my previous contractor (Home Remedies Plus) did not install a moisture barrier behind the tile shower, water was getting in and rotting my house. I called Tracey (owner) and told him about it. He said (with no evidence) that the problem was caused by a leaking roof. I asked him to come look at it. He said he would, but didn't show. Now he's ghosting me. I have been told that the remedy will be to tear out my tile shower and re-install everything correctly. I am currently looking into filing formal complaints, but thought I would post here to let people know before they hire this company.
